kavenc 0.2 file released: kavenc-0.2.tar.gz

version 0.2:
- changed name from "kvidenc" to "kavenc"
- added support for coverting/extracting to various audio formats
- fixed support for input files containing whitespace
- now dissallows overwriting of input file
- more verbose ouput if conversion ...
