Change the "param_stylesheet" parameter on the applet call:
<param name="param_stylesheet" value="styles/default.css" />
Set your preferred CSS stylesheet instead of the default one.

And how exactly do I do that?.

Yes, you can avoid passing the CSS stylesheet or passing a different stylesheet.
JXHTMLEdit does not edit the CSS, so you can edit your page using another CSS.

Yes. I know I did. In the css body selector. Like I said in the first reply to the thread. My question is if there is no other way to change that for the applet.
Things like background color and etc are also inherited from the body tag, which is not what I would prefer.
Is there any way to change the look of the applet without changing the look of the containing page?.

Probably you have defined a small font on the CSS.
You can start by installing JXHTMLEdit using the default example and then try to change it one step at time until it works.

No it is not.
The text looks normal in the example.

Please try the example on the following website and let me know if the font is still small:

I've gathered so far that the size inside the applet depends on the body tag in the css.
Is not there any other way to change it?.
