Additionally it would be very useful to add the Parameter threadPoolSize too.
So it is easily possible to test the method under the situation of
multiple callings from different threads.

Was implementing TestWatchman and realised that the class is not abstract but yet does nothing when used.
Both TestWatchman and Verifier should be made abstract like ExternalResource, to clearly document that they are meant to be extended and not to be used as it is.

I too would like all the javadocs to be available. The zip file for 4.7 does not contain the correct and complete javadocs. I don't understand why that was never fixed and why it seems that every release has an incorrect or incomplete javadoc. Given that it does however, it would seem an important requirement to make correct versions of the javadocs for the latest and several previous releases...
