Critical stop executing as limited user

    I can start my installed application using the command line "java -cp x.jar X" but the JSmooth wrapper for this application produces just the critical stop sound, no error messages or other output. This was previously working fine but I am now building and executing the wrapper as a limited user instead of a user with administrative privileges. Is having administrative privileges a prerequisite to using this app?
