JPassGen Windows Launcher v1.0.0.14
In fact, it is a simple bootstrap for a .jar file. It has been tested successfully on Windows 2000 Server with the Sun JVM 1.4. It has been compiled with Visual C++ 6.0 without MFC. It comes with JPassGen.jar.
