I was originally planning to release final version, but I rather decided to improve. In few days final version 1.0 will be released. JohnIM will work the best with Sony Ericsson phones, until there will be more users that can provide bug feedbacks. By now, there is working internal filesystem, skinnable graphical interface, and Jabber messaging plugin. Jabber plugin currently supports MUC, compression, version information and few MUC commands(eg. /me). The interface is a bit unintuitive. At first step you have to create profile and select it. When it is selected, a blue bar will appear at top of the screen. It is a window header(it is blank, because no window is curently active). You can open some by pressing window button. LEFT/RIGHT switches windows, 5 selects and # deselects. # also deselects textboxes in forms. This is only a quick intro, before help/documentation is published.
+new more skinnable UI +internal file system +version information +/nick /me /topic groupchat commands +internal rework
