JMouseWheel implements mouse wheel support for Java applications running on Win32 platforms. This is basically a much needed work-around until Java 1.4 ships in early 2002. We're looking for people to implement support for other platforms.

MS Java now supported
The Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is now supported. This VM supports Swing 1.1.1 and therefore is useful for Java Applets. You need to sign your Applets to use the mousewheel and you need to copy the DLL to the clients system DLL path.
