• Magtek Java Device Driver Released

  Java developers have been hard pressed to write applications which use the Magtek Micro Check Reader. Up unitl now thre has been a only a very simple JNI COMM bridge. Now a native Java Device driver has been implemented. Everything you need to communicate, configure, capture and transfer images from the device via the Serial Port has been developed.

  1/29/2005 - Initial Upload - V 1.0.0 This project requires Lizzrad Tiff Image Library. http://www.lizardworks.com/libs.html It also requires two commercial libaries. the first is a JCOMM implementation, becuase the Sun release doesn't work with this device. This Serial IO Serial Port for Java: http://www.serialio.com/products/serialport/serialport.htm The other library is Serial IO's XModem library. http://www.serialio.com/products/jxmodem.htm
