The current download includes some more files that were not included in the download several days ago when I wrote my negative comment. I will try out the new download now and then add some more comments.

The program opens with an error message saying that dictionaries or a database file is/are missing. There is no documentation as to where to get the missing files or how to deal with the problem. I regret to say that in this way the program is absolutely useless and the project owner is promising more than he can keep.
