Major code re-organization. Now it's faster and better. I decided to write again the HTTP protocol
instead of just wrapping the sun "HttpUrlConnection.

New release at last .... http download works fine i hope, now you can stop
the download (not resuming yet) and remove it if you like. Various bug-fixes
(better exception handling) and code reorganization.
