I found the first diff file had bug. So I fixed it.
The first one had problem if template file has jpeg(s).

To generate Flash Lite 1.1 contents, it seems jpeg images need some bytes as header.
Adobe's SWF file format specification document.

"Before SWF 8, SWF files could contain an erroneous header of 0xFF, 0xD9, 0xFF, 0xD8 before the JPEG SOI marker."
I am not sure what the "erroneous header" means though.

It won't it keeps saying that it stopped unexpectedly.

It won't Work for some reason.
When i clicked that Jgenerate Icon it poped up a woindow that was saying.

I am running XP and when I try to install JGenerator 2.2 MX I get this error.

I solved my StringIndexOutOfBoundsException problem by
setting the file compatibility mode to Windows 2000.
You can set this option in file properties.
