post_edit can only done by the original author, it's not an administrator/moderator function.
post_delete etc. can be done by all administrators or moderators of the corresponding board. I'm guessing you're not logged in as an administrator/moderator.
By default, after installation, there's a user named "admin" that is in administrator group, you can log in as this user and do all...

Hello,
I have installed JGBBS 3.0beta1 as per instructions in readme. I am able to get the BBS to work, i.e. submit posts, replies, etc. However, I am unable to access any of the admin/moderator functions such as post_delete or post_edit. I am using a Windows server.
Any suggestions?
