JFileSync is a Java application used to synchronize directories of two different file systems. For instance, you want to synchronize a set of directories on your laptop with a set of corresponding directories on your workstation.
I use a programme to file synchronization, which is called File Sync. Auto file and folder sync software(http://www.fileutilityblog.com/archives/232) is a necessary thing for everybody. That is why I use this program and haven't such problems.
I'm using jFileSync to keep files sync'ed between a Mac and a Win PC - works fine ! I had a problem on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) 64-bit: jFileSync could only compare, but locked up on me when I asked to synchronise. Issue solved by forcing Java to run JFS in 32-bit mode - on the command-line (or in a command script), you can pass the command-line switch "-d32" to Java. Since then: no problems any more.
Very nice synchronisation app!
