JDD is a powerful and highly flexible Java-based Dynamic DNS client. Easy for end-users to configure and use, and easy for (Java) developers to extend.

I've added some documentation to http://jdd.sourceforge.net. Make sure to also look at the config.xml included with the JDD download; in most cases you can just modify it to suit your needs. BTW I marked this project "5 - Production/Stable" because it's probably as stable and polished as I'm likely to make it, and certainly a lot more stable than a lot of the other DynDNS clients out there. I've been using it on my home Linux machine for over a year and a half with no problem.
