JChemPaint v2.2.1
There is a bug with the selection widget "Files of
Types" in the Open File window.
Here is the process:
1. I try to open a CML file with 3D coordinates. An
error message is displayed.
2. I close the error window.
3. When I open again the Open File window, and want to
select "Files of Types", I get 2 rows with "Chemical
Markup Language"
In some case, I can get 3...

When opening CML files with 3D coordinates, the
following error message is displayed:
Model does not have coordinates. Cannot open file.
It would be better to display:
Model does not have 2D coordinates. Cannot open file.

I'm having a look into JChemPaint, now, and just
exploring the code, trying to get a sense of it. I ran
into something that looks like a bug - but I'm not
sufficiently well-acquainted with the code to be
confident about it. So I figured I'd send it to you
and you can deal with it as you see fit.
