There is no proxy support within the current version of JBroFuzz.
Still, since version 1.3, if you are in the environment of a SOCKS v5 proxy, you can use the following command to launch JBroFuzz with proxy support:
>java -DsocksProxyHost=192.168.1.100 -DsocksProxyPort=1080 -jar JBroFuzz.jar

if JBroFuzz is used behind a network proxy it will silently fail with "Resonse Timeout" after 5 seconds. there is no way to configure an outgoing proxy settings anywhere in the GUI.
