You are right, the script(.bat) used to launch the progarm in windows was "corrupting" the parameters that had a "=" sign.
I have uploaded a new versión that fixes this and other minor issues with the commandline generator.
This was expected to happen as the program has been developed and is running in unix servers mostly.
