WebCalendar

Hi I cannot seem to get webcalender to install and I woudl appreciate it if anyone can gime me some help and advice.

I am using the following:

Webcalender 1.0.2
Windows XP Pro (SP2)
PHP 4
IIS

I have followed the instructions in the admin manual but when I get to the following part I am lost:

"Next, you will need to run the web-based database setup script (simply direct your browser to your new WebCalendar location). You will need to modify the permissions of the includes directory....."

I point my browers at /..../webcalender-1.0.2 but all I get is:

In Mozilla - "Directory Listing Denied"

In I.E. - "You are not authorized to view this page"

I have set all the permissions to "Full Access" in both IIS and windows explorer but with no success.

The only different thing I can get is that if I set the "directory browsing" option in IE I can list the files in the /includes directory.

Please help!!
