jailuser doesn't work in FreeBSD installed from ports, nor packages.
mkajilenv doesn't work,
addjailsw doesn't,
no man pages.
There is a work around in:

i just downloaded and installed Jail version 1.9a. i
installed and configured by following your instructions
word for word (literally).
still, though, i am finding myself able to change
directories all the way back to the root of the main
filesystem.
i am using linux (fedora core 5). i encountered no
errors while compiling except when using addjailsw
where i would get "Guessing mv...
