J2ME Unit Testing Toolkit

Hello there,

for my own testsuite, I am monitoring memory consumption. In short, it is just a parallel thread, that monitors how little memory is still left. This is an inaccurate estimate, but at least it gives me a hint, if the test fails because I'm running out of memory.

If you think this is useful, I'd be happy to share the changes.

PS: Thanks for bringing tests to the mobile platform.
