I downloaded the source, and want to compile it.
However the delphi compiler is asking for the component TXpFilterHtml.
Where can i get that component ??

When I try to convert my XLS file into an XML file my column of dates forces an error box that says:
Could not convert variant of type (OleStr) into type (Date)
now, since I need these in the form of a date MM/DD/YYYY is there a workaround?.

The default definition of xml format is but for files including accentuated characters this definition must be . Now it is possible to change it manually.
It would be interesting to define this parameter in "user's settings" so it is easy to personalize the output of xml.

It would be nice if the user could configure/specify
additional XML file types that can be selected in the
file open dialogue.

When I try to import an excel spreadsheet, an error
message box appears, with no message in it, and an
empty XML editing window appears (i.e. with no xml in it).
Also, when a "share violation" occurs (when the
spreadsheet is already open in excel itsself), a
message box comes up stating the problem, but then an
empty xml editing window appears when it would be
logical for one not to...

Opening the file as a parameter from command line is
prepared for the new release.
This feature unfortunately does not work in 1.0.3 version.
In version 1.0.4 this issue should be solved and
associations should work, too.
Thanx for comments
Pavel Vrecion.

I've trying your project. I think it's wonderful.
Congratulations.
But there's a detail I miss: I'd like to associate
xml extensions to ixedit, in order to double-click
over an xml file to have it inmediately open on
xedit. But it seems it doesn't work :( (when I double-
click, ixedit is started but it doesn't open the
file...)
Any help? thanks for your time. Congratulations...
