iTunes Agent

When I connect my Nokia N97, it shows up as two separate drive letters (one for the 32gb internal storage and one for the 16gb microSD card). I'd like to sync a different playlist to each of them. I'm able to sync either one or the other but not both. I have set them up as separate devices, ITA "sees" both of them, they both have the file placed in the root folder. But i I try to sync them both, I get a failure after the first one. What I have been doing is setting up one device, syncing it, deleting its profile and setting up the other one and syncing it. Is there a better way to do this? I'd like it to be a bit more automatic.
