  • It didn't work. It said said I created the ISO DVD correctly. I booted it up in an old mac using the option key. I got a screen that listed a wireless connection. I entered the password for that but I couldn't get past that point. There was an arrow point up to a box that said windows. WTF? I am trying to install MX linux on a Mac Mini. I couldn't get past that screen and there were no hints.
  • What can I say ? It just works and super fast ! I needed to create an .ISO from an old game CD and could not find anything for Windows 10. Even the one suggested by the Microsoft app store failed miserably. This one, found things right away and was so fast that I though I had made a mistake but sure enough, the .ISO file was right there where I was expecting it to be with the expected size. However..... after mounting the .iso in DOSBOX I can see that .exe files are missing what the heck goes on here ?!?
  • Thanks for the program under a free open source license!
  • I could not get this program to work. I have a DVD I need to save as ISO because it doesn't work in the unit I need it in, but this computer reads it. But when I ran the program, it didn't even read the disk of 4GB data, but instead created an ISO of only 73MB. After mounting it, I can't read the iso to see what's in it. I've got the latest Win 10 update, so the OS shouldn't be a problem. And unfortunately the detail on the rating doesn't include a rating for the sw not working.
  • Perfect, great job - used this to write an ISO from Media Creation Tool that created a x64 2004 win10 on an 8GB USB - IsoCreator made a perfect 4GB win10_2004_x64 image from the 8GB usb stick afterwards.
  • perfect
  • I just try this and let's see what happen
  • This is easy to use, useful little program. At this time, a couple GUI design annoyances that I hope change in the future is when you make path for .iso it isn't exactly clear that you are specifying where and what destination you want the file saved as. 1. Instead of ISO path, calling it "destination" would be big improvement. 2. When specifying the folder path, if it were called "source" it would be more clear. 3. When specifying the folder path there is an option to create a new folder. I don't know who would create a new folder for a source at this point, so it is probably making a call to "save file" dialog when it should be "open file" dialog. This ads to the confusion in #2 so together these should clear those issues up.
  • It works really well but... If you do not have a DVD drive and need to make an ISO file using another computer. The ISO is not 100% the same as the disk you're converting. Someone else mentioned the Windows .wim file not working due to a possible file size limitation. That could be the problem, although the ISO I created does open but the auto start feature does not work. It may not be the program, it could be the DVD itself. In the past some companies would put flaws on the disk to prevent people from hacking them. That could be the problem with this issue... Or it could also be a limitation of MS Windows 10 ISO mounting. A feature I do like is once you install it you can copy the program to USB and run it from a USB stick aka Portable. I rate this product 4 out of 5 but if I do find it is a MS Win 10 flaw I will rate it a 5 out of 5. Thank you to the developer.
  • Worked for me on a DL DVD. Super easy to use. Fast. Support not used and therefore not rated.
  • Excellent app but label should rename in proper way
  • Very simple to use. Fast ISO creation, I just love it!
  • There is bug with large files. When creating an ISO from a Windows 2016 Server DVD only 625049 kB from the 4519353 kB for install.wim gets copied to iso file although the total size of the iso file indicates like it's fully copied. It does not give any error while doing this. This result in a corrupt install.wim and when installing Windows from the ISO/USB it will fail. So in short, it looks like there is a file size limit.
  • Thanks! Working at windows 10 64bit

  • Works well for a relatively low number of files but, with a project of 43,086 Files, 4,470 Folders for a total of 2,226,771 960 bytes, the program stops without any warning and Windows 7 (64 bits) pics up with the message IsoCreator has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. /Debug/ /Close program/ A little update would be nice
