• ISEGS version 1.0.2

  We released the next version of ISEGS that has so many bug fixes and features added that its difficult to list them all. Here are a few of the highlights: Flashlines 2: Extensively reworked from flashlines 1. Flashlines 2 allows authors of exercises to be more flexible with authoring diagrams and gives the author a powerful framework for creating dynamic, individual diagrams for each student. New user interface for levelusers: The new interface uses AJAX technology to help create a smoother more fluid working environment. Powerful tools have been given to the leveluser allowing them to debug problems with the class and allowing the leveluser flexibility to work with individual students. Debug Mode: Added a powerful debug mode for developers and instructors for debugging the creation of exercises. This can be enabled by setting the config value to true in leveluser_config.php Commit/Confirm system: Allows students to review data that was gathered when they click the submit button so in the event of a transmission error, they have an opportunity to set things right. Student Logs: The power of student logs has been increased by using AJAX to allow the leveluser to determine when students close confirm windows or when they close ISEGS without logging out.
