1. Run download iScroll2 uninstall file. Unzip, and click on the "command" file which will prompt you to remove the iScroll2 files.

2. The script did NOT seem to, in the process, remove also the plist in the Library/LaunchAgents directory. Find "name.razzfazz.daemon.iScroll2.plist" there and remove it—as stated above.
