It's normal. If you try to extract xxx.mp3 but the file already exists, the extraction will try with xxx(1).mp3. If it fails because xxx(1).mp3 exists, it will try with xxx(2).mp3, ...
This is because:
- the file xxx.mp3 exists before the extraction.
- there are more than 1 xxx.mp3 you want to extract (the same title in different album or the title is present more than once on the album...

The popup display 3 buttons:
- ignore: ignore this error and continue.
- ignore all: ignore all errors.
- abort: stop the extraction.

i.e. xxxx.mp3 and xxxx(1).mp3.

On windows xp, the options dialog is not big enough to show all the components (pack()? scrollbars?)
