Intlize, formerly the internationalization tool of C++X and Xplorer (http://cxplorer.sourceforge.net), has now been made available to all C and C++ programs and libraries. Changes have been made to make this tool universally usable: - The commandline options have been added. - The file format has been extended by two fields, charset and version ID. - Documentation has been added. - The runtime interfaces for C and C++ have been added.
