I think it'd be better if the Instadmg subfolder were renamed InstaDMG. Not a big deal, but it'd be better for the name/project to be more consistent.

The presence of instadmg-rmlcll-revision.bash is a bit confusing. Perhaps it can be relocated to a contrib/ directory or its additions/modifications can be individually submitted as wishlist features and then integrated into the main script later.

The instadmg.bash script is included at the top level of the 1.3b zip file and in the Instadmg directory. The top level script should be removed.
