InspIRCd is a fully modular open source Internet Relay Chat Daemon (IRCd) with modular SSL (gnutls or openssl), ziplinks (through zlib) support, advanced spam filters, flood controls, settable oper levels and SQL login, using PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQLite.
