I have problems using the applet navigation in version 2.9.6.3

When I click on "applet" either in content or structure I get the following error.

    Error:
    An server-error made it
    impossible to show the tree.
Please make sure that there are
    at least one repository available.
If the problem persists report it to
    your technical straff.

My whole install is a test install so there is no security involved.

I have installed InfoGlue on a virtual machine.

My host is an xubuntu 9.04. Except for Eclipse I only use std packages and some from medibuntu.

    I use KVM for visualization.

The virtual machine is set up to take one of my cores and 512 ram.
It uses a 6 GB virtual disk.

On this virtual machine I have installed Ubuntu Server 8.04 LTS with no extra functionality except for an ssh daemon for remote access.

Both java and my sql is installed from packages.
    java-6-sun-1.6.0.07
    mysql 5.0.51a

I have downloaded tomcat 5.5 (apache-tomcat-5.5.27) from tomcat.apache.org extracted to /usr/local and runs tomcat as root.

I have installed via ./installcmd.sh and installed all three apps but not the example site since there seams to be a problem with that.

There are other problems with this install so I start to believe that I might have done some thing wrong.

Are there any logs I could have a look at that could help me?

    Any help is greatly accepted.

If any more info is needed, just ask and I'll supply.

    Thanks in advance
    Bob
