  Fixed a few bugs in sendmails that were messing up redirect options. Fixed a bug that prevented unsubscribe URLs from being links in HTML. Fixed a bug in my ucwords routine that kept _fix fields from working. Added an "f" field in subhandler that auto-processes a fullname into first and last. Makes subscription forms smaller by condensing "first" and "last" names into just "name." Changed subhandler.php to s.php to shorten the URL and help linewrap issues. Created a subhandler.php wrapper for s.php compatibility. Reduced random unique codes to 15 chars instead of 20 for linewrap issues.
