Greetings everibody,
Is it possible to define a general color value of an image in comparison to another?
Example:
A webcam produces images of an outdoor place where the main color difference is the daylight and nightlight (artificial illumination).
Is it possible to read and arbitrary value that could distinguish between the two conditions?
