The idea engine is an attempt to create an interface for free exchange of ideas. The focus is towards ideas for open source projects, but may be used for any idea management purposes. The concept is to allow a way for ideas to mature.

After a long pause, I will soon have the initial idea engine up to discuss, what else, the purpose of the idea engine. For those of you confused, think of the idea engine as a cross between CVS, Wiki, and instant messaging. The entire purpose is to facilitate the expression and maturing of ideas prior to implementation.
