Simply create the game in Microsoft PowerPoint or OpenOffice Impress. Simply save the file as a PPT or a PPTX and submit it on the official website so that we can do the dirty work of turning it into a program. We'll send you a test link and if you like it, we'll make it public for everyone to use and download, but NOT edit.
