    Excellent project! However, I am not sure why any user has the ability to change the user to anyone who is listed as a user at the site. Meaning, User A can represent himself/herself as User B at will by simply selecting any user from the drop-down selection.

    5 Stars. Very good, clean and works well. Just need to add two facilities, which I would happily pay for and that is the ability to convert email to Problems/Tickets and the ability to attach a file to a Problem. Richard Forshaw
