The helpdesk is great, but it needs a better layout. The verticle layour is old school. A two or three column distrobution of the options for user submissions would top this component off perfectly.

Simple to use, and works great. It's good that this is an active project, I look forward to future releases.

At least good extension for Jooma

Like the newest release. Very clean looking submit form and easy to use. It would be nice if you could add a sub-category selection. Most help desks have a category and pre-populated sub-categories off of the category value. Also the ability to add attachments is key for user support. I appreciate your efforts so far!

Excellent project! However, I am not sure why any user has the ability to change the user to anyone who is listed as a user at the site. Meaning, User A can represent himself/herself as User B at will by simply selecting any user from the drop-down selection.

5 Stars. Very good, clean and works well. Just need to add two facilities, which I would happily pay for and that is the ability to convert email to Problems/Tickets and the ability to attach a file to a Problem. Richard Forshaw
