When the card is produced with additional option(s),
the same options should be added to produced links from
this card.
For example, if I enter the link like
seva.ci.nnov.ru/cgi-bin/html2wml.cgi?url=http://www.lib.ru/?s=4000
I want to see the '?s=4000' option in all links from
this card.

Convertor uses tags as entry points to apply slicing
algorithm. This is good only when tags are distributed
enough in a html code. When a size of the text between
tags is too big, cards maden by the convertor are too
big too.

The program is barfing when a web page has the text ">> Click here <<" on it. The error appears as:
This error can be reproduced by clicking on any of the links from the root page of http://www.neowin.net

This is a small bugfix.
CHANGES
Corrected a bug in the package (install didn't work). Removed the XML::LibXML validation test (XML::LibXML is the cause of the segfaults that could occur).

This is a stable version, and probably the last in the 0.4.x serie.
CHANGES
Many bugfixes and some small optimizations. Entities conversion has been improved. URLs are now correctly encoded. Warnings messages have been made more consistent. Security fix: accessing local files in CGI mode should now be completly impossible.
