converts multiple htmls (with their images) to a SINGLE mht file. for use with programs like offline explorer and teleport pro.
i added a dialog that says what file the program is working on and i completely rewritten the tag recognition engine using boost's regex library. now it's faster, more accurate and way more expandable.
i fixed a bug regarding the parsing of the tags and made the first optimisation: it will not compile the same file multiple times if it has a different name (crc&length used)
