Sorry for only replying now on this Q,

The Dojo login pages on 443:

You can copy the whole yfi directory over.

Then you'll most likely have to copy the /var/www/c2/yfi_cake/setup/coova_json stuff also over to the new 443 webroot.

You also have to change the config in /var/www/yfi/js/dojo/chilli/Setting.js to point to the new 443 (https)

You can leave the cs.usage_jsonp to point to the http server, since the AJAX same origin rule does not apply and they can be on different servers.
