The minimum image size program is 1 Megabyte if a user tries to open a smaller file an error message is displayed The largest message that a user can enter is 140 characters A user cannot enter a null message Error message was removed when a user cancels decoding an image Try-catch blocks were added to primary statements to handle any errors which went undiscovered
