Heraclitus is a suite of Java tools for the adaptation of a web site. Access logs are mined to produce adaptations, which are then applied to the site topology and ontology.

The paper: "Heraclitus: A Framework for Semantic Web Adaptation" by Alexander Mikroyannidis and Babis Theodoulidis has been accepted for publication in IEEE Internet Computing. The paper describes the Heraclitus architecture in detail. It also provides some evaluation results derived from the application of Heraclitus on a real website.
Version 1.01 of the Heraclitus suite is now available. Some changes include: - Added support for MySQL 5.0. - Updated external libraries with their latest stable versions. - Updated documentation.
