I can't believe the city of Louisville KY isn't showing up on this. It's not like it's a tiny little suburb of a big city or anything. What is the problem here??.

Same problem here. Just sent in my laptop for repair, so I'm setting up this temporary one from work. When I went to install Meteorologist 1) I was amazed that it hasn't been updated in 2 years - considering how well it's been working for me!! and 2) but then I noticed it won't load any new cities for me... bummer! So I have no weather for 2 weeks now until I get my laptop back....

I'm actually having a slightly different problem; the city search has just started to give garbled results. If, for example, I type "New York", I'll get some strange results that don't include New York City, and won't update if I add them to the menu. Some of the searches work, mostly for places that seem to only have one result. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm assuming that...

Well, mostly...I need 3 cities watched and for some reason I can't get Louisville KY to work. Ideas?

Same problem as you. I just installed this program and I get nothing. No problems (that I am aware of) with my computer or internet. I also noticed that your post here is over a week old with no help. That is discouraging.

Hello, I just downloaded and installed the most recent version of Meteo and after setting up my cities (I wanted to keep an eye on 3 cities) I cannot get the weather on any of them. I just get a question mark beside the city. Refreshing has not helped either.

Meteo refuses to update. The arrow just spins and spins. If I go to "Control" and select "refresh", the spinning arrow freezes, and still no update. When I first login to my account it works fine. I have not noticed when it stops working, or what might trigger it, but eventually it always stops.
