Last Update. I'm removing this program from my computer. The support is totally useless as no response has been provided for what should be an easy fix. Just tried another major city and it didn't work either.

I've added an updated weather.xml to the patches tracker which solves the problem of adding cities with 1.4.8 for me, at least. See: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2895742&group_id=78571&atid=553758.

weather.com has changed its layout since 1.4.8 so it's not possible to add many cities. This is an update of some the matched strings in weather.xml. To use, replace /Applications/Meteorologist.app/Contents/Resources/weather.xml with the attached file.
Unfortunately, the string matching produces some false positives (including blank entries), but these can be safely ignored.

I can't believe the city of Louisville KY isn't showing up on this. It's not like it's a tiny little suburb of a big city or anything. What is the problem here??.

Same problem here. Just sent in my laptop for repair, so I'm setting up this temporary one from work. When I went to install Meteorologist 1) I was amazed that it hasn't been updated in 2 years - considering how well it's been working for me!! and 2) but then I noticed it won't load any new cities for me... bummer! So I have no weather for 2 weeks now until I get my laptop back....

I'm actually having a slightly different problem; the city search has just started to give garbled results. If, for example, I type "New York", I'll get some strange results that don't include New York City, and won't update if I add them to the menu. Some of the searches work, mostly for places that seem to only have one result. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm assuming that...
