Hapy is a C++ runtime parser generator. Hapy
parsers are good for parsing scripts, configuration
files, and communication protocol messages.
The fourth release adds semantic actions and character
set/range builtin parsing rules. The release also
contains performance optimizations and documentation
improvements.
