Hammurapi and Mesopotamia projects are now hosted on http://www.hammurapi.biz
Fixed "Connection closed" bug, which prevented working with standalone Hypersonic databases.

Now Hammurapi can run on JDK 1.3 and in WSAD. Replace files in lib directory with corresponding files in lib-1.3 directory.
