  I have just released what I hope to be , the final beta of the Winex installer for Gentoox. I want to thank everyone that played a part in helping me with this project. I will continue to update and change the project for future releases but after this last phase of testing is complete, I will roll out the first golden build of the Gentoox Winex Installer!

  Beta 1, initial release , no changes Beta 2, Helper Script is now hosted on bikr.net Fixed line break issue causing script to not run. Beta 3, Repaired some variables that were broken causing the script to dump error messages and sometimes not run at all. Beta Final, Edited more variable formats to make script run a touch faster w/ less chance of failure. I have not been successful in recreating a failed install with this release.

• Serverside Update

  The serverside file has been tweaked a bit. I have edited the variables back to their original state due to the script stopping during progress changes. The script would then need to be restarted and it'd pick up where it left off fine. The modified file shouldn't do this although it hasn't been fully tested. Please feel free to submit any bugs you find. No new build is needed as the file is server side.

• Beta 3

  Beta 3 is released. Install should be good to go now. Also upgrading and refreshing are active. Please leave feedback if you have any. Things addressed in this release are as follows: Fixed a bug that was causing a mysterious U to be placed in the "progress" field. Updated version variables to reflect true thus removing conflict errors. Known issues: Error messages flash for a split second during Progress changes. This is being worked on as we speak and causes no problems with the

  Gentoox Winex Installer Goes Live!!! This is our first release. This script will allow Gentoox users to install winex seamlessly. This was previousley not possible due to glibc conflicts. The cvs release of winex is grabbed and configured properly, once completed it is compiled and installed..
