Gwav2ogg is a GTK front-end, based off of the 2.4.x libs, for the oggenc tool. It will convert any wav file into an ogg file. It can recursivly search a given directory for wav files or convert a single file as well.
Inital release of Gwav2ogg. This release is still in beta stage, so please test.
