The download version, once installed on your server, should no longer be the demo version. There is a check to see if the script is being run on kdcinfo.com, and if so, it becomes the demo version. If not, no demo... well, not supposed to be. It seems that "check" must not be checking correctly.
In any case, you can just remove and modify sections where the check for kdcinfo.com occurs. From what I can tell, in the guest file, it would be at the following lines:
4-8
32 (and its curly braces)
62 (and its curly braces)
311 (left side of AND, including the AND)
As for the link to the admin page, that should be removed altogether. The admin page should be named something different, so that only you know where it is. Password protect it too if you can. That file you will call directly when you want to check on the status, or when you want to run the guess(es).
My thought though is that if the domain check isn't working, perhaps other stuff in there might not be either... but I'm not sure what, 'cause my server is on PHP5, so that shouldn't be it.
In any case, that's the manual way for removing the demo functions. Please let me know if I've missed anything.
