I noticed the Activity Journal report was also looking messed up, and "Reports -> Daily..." crashes gnotime.
I was able to fix these problems and the one I originally reported by manually removing 122 of the 125 tasks in my gnotime-data.xml file. I generally create a new task every week.
Feel free to close with whatever resolution you prefer, or let me know if you'd like my original...

I wrote a report to print out total time worked per day. I noticed today the report was displaying only the column headers. When running gnotime from the command line, I see the following in the console:
Error: GnoTime caught an error during scheme parse
Error: Stack overflow
No worries if you don't want to debug my small report, I'm just not sure where to start on _how_ to debug it...

No it's not abandoned. It was just a lack of time for hacking on it lately.
I'm reviewing patches and working on some features and bug fixes. Expect to have a new release soon.

I think the developers have abandoned the project, but not sure. I haven't seen any activity here in a while.

Would be great if this could become a standard feature!

This is probably fixed by the changes I've made yesterday. Please check VCS's master branch and let me know if it's fixed for you.

With the default reports, you can get what you want if you create all your projects as children of a top project. Then, you can get your daily totals by invoking the "Daily" report for the top project.
