+ a lot of code smoothing according FXCOP1.35 reccomendations. :) + all messages are moved to resource file. + Lat/Lon projection has been implemented. + Geocentric conversion has been implemented. + Lost files in previous release have been returned back :) some methods has been changed to static, so, some incompatibity could appear.
